Best Skinny Shake

To repair cellular damage from processed foods, make a Skinny Shake of pomegranate juice, strawberries and lemon.


4 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup water
juice of 1/2 fresh lemon



Layer ingredients into blender in the order listed.  Blend until smooth.  Scrape down the sides as necessary or use food pusher to help blend.  Serve and enjoy.
