Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced and seeded tomato
2 (8- to 10-inch) flour tortillas
½ cup shredded lettuc
Directions
- Combine bacon, mayonnaise, cheese and tomato in small bowl.
- Spread half the bacon mixture on each tortilla; sprinkle with shredded lettuce. Roll up to serve.
