Ingredients :
1 bunch of asparagus woody ends trimmed.
3 tbsps of melted butter.
½ tsp of my house seasoning ( equal parts of garlic powder, onion powder and pepper).
1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese.
¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Italian seasoning.
How to:
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with some tinfoil and drizzle the melted butter all over it. Add the house seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 min in a preheated oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese and a little sprinkling of Italian seasoning. Return to oven and bake for 5 to 7 min.
