When I was going through treatments for cancer 3 years ago, I learned a lot about the foods I needed to eat and asparagus was one of them. I would make this at a minimum of once a week and it is absolutely delicious. I even got my husband hooked on asparagus with this recipe.

To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:
Bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed…
Butter, melted
My house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper…combine and store in an airtight container)
Grated parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
