Ingredients:
- 11/2 boxes rotini noodles or penne pasta
- 1 bottle wishbone Italian dressing
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cups chick peas
- 1 purple onion
- 1 cup olives optional
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Slice veggies and combine with pasta in a large bowl.
3. Pour Italian dressing over the top and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can also top with cheese.
