1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
1 box (about 18 oz) of cake mix (yellow, spice, or chocolate cake mix works well)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan (9×5-inch) with parchment paper.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and cake mix. Stir until fully combined. The mixture will be thick.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread it out evenly.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on your oven, so start checking at the 50-minute mark.
Cool: Let the pumpkin bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
Tips:
For extra flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to the batter.
