You will need:
- Foster Farms® Simply Raised (without antibiotics) Chicken Tenders
- 6 slices of bacon (one for each tender)
- 1 golden delicious or granny smith apple, cut into chunks
- salt & pepper
- wooden or metal skewers
How to make:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. wrap each tender with bacon. Pierce a chunk of apple onto the end of the skewer with the skin facing away from the center. Weave bacon wrapped chicken onto the skewer along with a chunk of apple. Top with another chunk of apple (skin facing away from chicken. Barbecue for 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
