For the Pretzel Crust:
• 2 cups crushed pretzels
• ¾ cup melted butter
• ¼ cup sugar
For the Filling:
• 8 oz whipped topping
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
For the Topping:
• 2 packs strawberry gelatin (3 oz each)
• 2 cups boiling water
• 3 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions:
– Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crushed pretzels, butter, and sugar, press into a 13×9 pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
– Beat cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping, spread over cooled crust, and chill.
– Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in strawberries, and refrigerate until set.
– Spread the strawberry topping over the chilled filling, refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
– Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
