📝 Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, and ketchup until just combined.
  3. Press mixture into a 1-inch thick rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread additional ketchup over the top, if desired.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp 160°F / 71°C).
  6. Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve!
