- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, and ketchup until just combined.
