
Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs
• 1 cup milk or half-and-half
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 small onion, finely diced (optional)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or round baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheeses, cooked bacon, and onion if using.
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or chives, if desired
