1 frozen banana, quartered
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (not sweetened)
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup milk
¼ cup Caramel Machiatto creamer
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp rum extract (optional)
½ tsp banana extract (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and additional cinnamon if desired.
To make a shake, replace the Greek yogurt with vanilla ice cream. Drizzle caramel sauce on top – yum!
