INGREDIENTS: 6 PERS.
- 250g of flour
- 125 g caster sugar
- 125 g softened unsalted butter
- 1 egg white
- a little skimmed milk
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Pour the flour into a bowll.
- Dig a well in the centter and add the softened butter, powdered sugar, egg white and a pinch of salt. Vigorously knead the dough with a wooden spoonful for several minutes.
- Cover the salad bowl with cling film. Let the preparatiion rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- At the end of this time, take the salad bowl out of the refrigerator and remove the cling film.
- Place a sheet of bakiing paper on a baking sheet.
