Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted |
1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1⁄2 cup coconut sugar or honey |
1⁄3 cup coconut milk |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 pinch ground cinnamon, optional |
Directions
- Add avocados, cocoa powder, coconut sugar or honey, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, if using, to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl, as needed. Refrigerate until completely chilled and serve cold.
