Chocolate
200g chocolate
Plain flour
50g flour
Sugar
50g sugar
Little Swiss
3 small swiss
Egg
3 eggs
Yeast
0.33 sachet of yeast Vanilla
1 C. c. vanilla
*Preparation
1To melt chocolate.
2Whisk the Swiss rolls and the sugar.
3Add vanilla, eggs and whisk.
4Add flour and baking powder, mix.
5Finally, stir in the melted chocolate.
6Pour into a round mold 20 cm in diameter, and cook for 15 to 20 min at 180°C. The blade of the knife stuck in the cake comes out dry.
