Swap butter for cream cheese and you’ll end up with the softest chocolate chip cookies ever.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Clouds
Ingredients
  1. 2 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  2. 1 TSP Baking Soda
  3. 1 TSP Salt
  4. 1 8-ounce Package Cream Cheese, Softened
  5. 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  6. 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  7. 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
  8. 2 Large Eggs
  9. 2 Cups semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend flour, baking soda and salt well. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, add the cream cheese, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Start beating with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, continue beating until combined.
  5. Gradually start adding in the flour, 1/3 at a time. Beat until all the flour is well combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop round spoonfuls (I used an ice cream scoop) on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Cookies will be starting to get light brown, the bottoms will have a nice golden tone. Remove from oven.
  9. Grab milk and enjoy while warm.
