- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Red, green, and white sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line baking sheets with parchment.
2. Make Dough: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix in flour and salt until combined.
3. Pipe Cookies: Use a star tip to pipe swirls onto baking sheets.
4. Bake: 10-12 mins until edges are golden. Cool completely.
5. Dip & Decorate: Dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
6. Set & Store: Let chocolate harden. Store in an airtight container.
