Christmas Cowboy Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 🌿 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 🌾 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 🥄 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 🥣 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 🍫 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 🌰 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 🥥 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 🍒 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 🎨 Red and green holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ 🔥 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2️⃣ 🧈 In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3️⃣ 🥚 Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
