Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Eggrolls


  • 1 package of eggrolls
  • 2 blocks of full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box cheesecake-flavored pudding
  • 1 bottle of cinnamon sugar mix
  • 1 tube of cream cheese frosting


  1. Filling Preparation:
    • In a large bowl, combine full-fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cheesecake-flavored pudding.
    • Beat or mix the ingredients until creamy.
    • Set the mixture in the fridge overnight for the flavors to meld.
  2. Assembly:
    • Lay out one eggroll wrapper on a plate.
    • Place an ice cream scoop-sized portion of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
    • Roll the eggroll like a burrito, folding in the sides and sealing the seams with water.
    • Repeat the process for all eggrolls.
    • If the filling becomes too soft, return it to the fridge for a few minutes.
  3. Freezing:
    • Freeze all the assembled eggrolls for 1-2 hours.
  4. Cooking:
    • Heat oil for frying.
    • Fry the frozen eggrolls until they are golden brown.
  5. Coating:
    • While still hot, roll each fried eggroll in the cinnamon sugar mix until coated.
  6. Cream Cheese Drizzle:
    • Melt the cream cheese frosting and pour it over the fried and coated eggrolls.
  7. Serving:
    • Serve the Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Eggrolls warm.
