- 1 package of eggrolls
- 2 blocks of full-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 box cheesecake-flavored pudding
- 1 bottle of cinnamon sugar mix
- 1 tube of cream cheese frosting
Instructions:
- Filling Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine full-fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cheesecake-flavored pudding.
- Beat or mix the ingredients until creamy.
- Set the mixture in the fridge overnight for the flavors to meld.
- Assembly:
- Lay out one eggroll wrapper on a plate.
- Place an ice cream scoop-sized portion of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
- Roll the eggroll like a burrito, folding in the sides and sealing the seams with water.
- Repeat the process for all eggrolls.
- If the filling becomes too soft, return it to the fridge for a few minutes.
- Freezing:
- Freeze all the assembled eggrolls for 1-2 hours.
- Cooking:
- Heat oil for frying.
- Fry the frozen eggrolls until they are golden brown.
- Coating:
- While still hot, roll each fried eggroll in the cinnamon sugar mix until coated.
- Cream Cheese Drizzle:
- Melt the cream cheese frosting and pour it over the fried and coated eggrolls.
