This creamy, cinnamon-y shot is one of my all-time favorite party shots. I first had one at a resort in Mexico and started making these shots for friends when I got back. Never fails to put a smile on their faces.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot Drink, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot Recipe

2 Parts – Rum Chata
1 Part – Fireball Cinnamon Whisky

Optional (for Presentation)

– Cinnamon/Sugar Mix – two parts cinnamon, one part sugar
– Whipped Cream
– Cinnamon Toast Crunch pieces

Instructions:

  • Mix Rum Chata and Fireball in a cocktail shaker or stir in glass
  • (Optional) For Cinnamon rim mix 2 parts cinnamon with 1 part sugar. Dip shot glass in water just a little below rim. Then press shot glass in cinnamon/sugar mix. See photo below.
  • (Optional) Give it a whipped cream top and add a cinnamon toast crunch piece

Bartender’s Note: You can serve this in any type of glass from a traditional shot glass to a shooter. Most cinnamon/sugar mixes are a 50/50 split but I go 2/1 in favor of cinnamon to get it to stick better and give the rim a bit of a pop.
