But it couldn’t, as the waters soon drained its energy. Luckily, someone spotted the struggling canine, and phoned the local authorities.
The officers arrived and pulled the dog out, and named him Michigan. Michigan was an abandoned pooch, as no one came to claim him even after he recovered from hypothermia. The lucky pooch ended up going home with a kind-hearted woman named Brenda Thompson, who decided to adopt Michigan!
