2 package (8.5 oz each) corn bread mix |
2 tbsp brown sugar |

9 hot dog, cut into small pieces |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease muffin pans.
- Stir together cornbread mix and brown sugar in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold egg mixture, cheese, and hot dog pieces into the dry ingredients until just combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
