Crème caramel is like crème brulée and flan had a baby. Traditionally crème brulée is very running on the inside. Here in The States, it is more commonly made thick like a flan. Crème caramel is just as decadent and delicious as a brulée… just it doesn’t have the top to crack. Mmmmm.
