Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta


°3 boneless, chicken breast

°1 tsp salt

°1 tsp pepper

°(2) 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes

°1/2 onion diced

°1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

°2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

°1 pound cooked Penne

°1/2 cup parmesan

°1/2 cup breadcrumbs

°1 Tablespoon butter


Place the chicken pepper, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning in the slow cooker. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.

Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.Shred chicken and stir in slow cooker Stir in cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese Garnish with Parmesan.

Covering also cooking to cheese is melt.Then melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the breadcrumbs until dark brown in color.Sprinkle sautéed bread crumbs over pasta.

Serve and enjoy!
