Easy Fat Burning Cucumber Salad

You’ll Need :

+for power:

ยฐ4 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

ยฐ2 cups large garden tomatoes, seeded and chopped

ยฐ1/2 cup onion (any kind), finely chopped

ยฐ1/2 cup sliced โ€‹โ€‹green olives

ยฐ1 c cherry tomatoes

Place all salad ingredients, except for the cherry tomatoes, in a large mixing bowl and toss until everything is evenly combined.

+For dressing:

ยฐ1 c mayonnaise

ยฐ1/2 cย  powdered Parmesan cheese

ยฐ1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (we use Newman’s own or homemade)

ยฐ2 teaspoons onion powder

ยฐ1 teaspoon garlic powder

ยฐ2 tablespoons dry Italian seasoning or dry thyme

ยฐ1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions :

Placing all dressing ingredients inย  mixing bowl also whisk to smooth. Pour over salad ingredients and mix gently. Transfer the salad to a pretty salad bowl and top with cherry tomatoes and a sprig of fresh basil for garnish, if desired. Relax until you are ready to serve.
