A thick, chocolate shell filled with creamy peanut butter filling and topped with more chocolate — just like the classic candy, but super-sized!
Ingredients:
For the chocolate shell:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
For the filling:
- 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (for texture)
- Optional: chopped mini Reese’s for topping
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Coat a pie pan or springform pan with half the chocolate; chill until set (15–20 min).
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, and crumbs until creamy.
- Spread filling over the hardened chocolate shell.
- Pour remaining melted chocolate on top and smooth out.
- Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Top with chopped Reese’s or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
