Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

A thick, chocolate shell filled with creamy peanut butter filling and topped with more chocolate — just like the classic candy, but super-sized!

Giant Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Ingredients:

For the chocolate shell:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter

For the filling:

  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (for texture)
  • Optional: chopped mini Reese’s for topping

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Coat a pie pan or springform pan with half the chocolate; chill until set (15–20 min).
  3. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and crumbs until creamy.
  4. Spread filling over the hardened chocolate shell.
  5. Pour remaining melted chocolate on top and smooth out.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
  7. Top with chopped Reese’s or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
