Ingredients
2 Corn on the cob
1 – 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp garlic, minced
1.5 tsp honey
½ tsp sesame oil
for garnish, sesame seeds
Directions
Clean and remove husks from corn.
Grill corn on high, directly on the grate. Turn every minute or so to get nice caramelization on the corn. You want a little char, but take care not to burn it.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the sesame seeds and mix well
When corn is done grilling, immediately brush the sauce over the corn liberally, turning often to cover the cob completely
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
