I’m not much of a burger girl, but when I do get the hankerin, you know I’m going big. When I do get a good craving for a gourmet burger with untraditional toppings, I will either hit up a local neighborhood pub for their chevre burger, or I will hit up a Red Robin because HELLO, fries! Oh, and of course the untraditional burgers. The chophouse burger being my favorite there. YUMMmmm. This Goat cheese, crispy onions, and bacon burger with aioli looks like it could easily one up any reasturant’s. I need this in my life NOW.
Goat cheese, chevre in particular, was one of those foods that I grew up with. It’s definitely one of the more strange ingredients to love as a kid. I loved, loved, loved it though. I put it on my toast, bagels, etc. I prefered it over cream cheese, and I would definitely eat chevre just off my finger. YUM! My love for it hasn’t waivered a bit, and I don’t think it ever will.
