Ground Beef Casserole Recipe

Ground beef is seasoned with onion, pepper, garlic, and a surprise ingredient (Rotel!), and layered atop pasta in a cheesy sauce for a great, sparkling casserole thatโ€™ll have you saying โ€œmm-mm-mmmm! on me.

When I make comfort food with ground beef thatโ€™s crowd-pleasing, not overdone and easy, my mind immediately (and less creatively) goes to old-fashioned tacos or spaghetti and meatballs.

Not to derail the classics, theyโ€™re a family favorite for a reason, but this beef casserole recipe is a fresh take on ground beef dinner with
SO MUCH FLAVOR.

*ingredients:

ยฐ1 box of penne pasta, cooked to your liking
ยฐ2 lbs minced meat
ยฐ1 teaspoon of salt
ยฐHalf a teaspoon of black pepper
ยฐ2 teaspoons of garlic powder
ยฐ1 teaspoon onion powder
ยฐHalf a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
ยฐ4 ounces of cream cheese
ยฐ1 cup grated cheddar cheese

*Directions:

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Cook the ground beef until just cooked through and drain off any remaining fat.

Reduce stove heat to medium and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese. Stirring mix to cheese is totally melted.

Combine meat and cheese mixture with cooked penne pasta and transfer to a 9โ€ณ x 13โ€ณ baking dish.

Sprinkling rest cheddar cheese on top.

Baking casserole for 15 mn. When youโ€™re done, serve and Enjoy !
