Ground Beef Pastry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley or green onion
- 1 sheet puff pastry (or pie dough), thawed
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

- Cook the filling:
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Add seasoning and herbs, then let cool slightly. - Prepare the pastry:
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or circles. Spoon some beef mixture into the center of each piece. - Seal & brush:
