- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts (your choice)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (try Lily’s brand!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, applesauce, almond milk, oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and mix well.
3. Add Mix-ins: Fold in raisins/nuts and dark chocolate chunks.
4. Scoop & Bake: Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Cool & Enjoy: Let cool slightly before enjoying!
