INGREDIENTS
- °400g plain flour
- °200ml hot milk
- °4g dry yeast
- °40g sugar
- °40g softened butter
- °1 desaté powder
- °A pinch of salt
- °For filling

- °40g brown sugar
- °70g pecans (finely chopped)
- °1 tablespoon cinnamon
RECIPE
- STEP 1 In sized bowl, adding warm milk, sugar also yeast. Stir to yeast also sugar are melt. Place the bowl in a warm place and let the yeast activate. It will take 2-3 minutes.
- Your yeast is activated when foam begins to form on the mixture. Then add the butter and the egg
- 2ND STEP In a large bowl, add the flour, salt and pour in the yeast mixture. Mix well, then place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes or until completely smooth.
- Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place. Let stand for 1 hour.STEP 3When the dough has doubled in size, place it on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 35×25 cm. (about 0.5cm thick)STEP 4Brush the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
- Roll the dough tightly, starting with the shorter side of the rectangle, then carefully cut it into 3 cm wide slices
- STEP 5Place the cinnamon rolls on a lightly floured tray and let them rise for an additional 20 minutes
- STEP 6Make sure the pan is installed but the grill plate is removed. Select BAKE, set the temperature to 180°C and the time to 18 minutes.
- Select START/STOP to begin preheating.STEP 7After unit beeps to indicate it has preheated, open lid, spray lightly with cooking spray and add cinnamon rolls.
- Be sure to leave a space of at least 1 cm between the rolls, as they will expand during cooking. Close the lid to start cooking.
- STEP 8When cooking is complete, remove the cinnamon rolls and let them cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
