You’ll Need :
•2-3 medium to large russet potatoes
•favorite blend of shredded cheese, I used Fiesta blend.
•bacon bits
•chives (optional)
•2-3 tablespoons of oil
•favorite spices – I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, hint of paprika and cayenne pepper.
•Favorite dip – I topped mine with ranch.
Directions :
wash potatoes then cut into fries, I cut about 1/4th inches in diameter, doesn’t have to be perfect.
Pat dry potatoes with paper towel, add your mix of spices blending well, add about 2 tablespoons of your preferred oil, be sure to coat the fries well.
– preheat airfryer to about 380 degrees then add in a single layer of fries, be sure not to stack them and keep a tiny space in between as they’ll cook better and crisp up. Cook for about 12-15 mins. flipping them halfway through so they’ll cook evenly. It’ll probably take a few batches till all the fries are cooked. Lastly when all the fries are cooked add them all back to airfryer (doesn’t have to be single layer this time) cook about 3 mins so they’ll stay crispy.
-add fries to aluminum foil then top with your blend of cheese, bacon bits, chives, what ever toppings you prefer and broil until cheese is melted.
-top your favorite dip, I drizzled ranch on mine or just dip on the side and enjoy!
