Ingredients:
° 220 gram dark chocolate
° 4 tbsp butter
° 2/3 cup flour 86 gram
° 1/2 tsp bakiing powder
° 1/2 tsp coffee tsp. to c.
° 2 large eggs
° 3/4 cup brown sugar 170 gram
° 1 Cup pure vanilla coffee
° 340 gram chocolate chips
Instructions :
Preheat oven 180 ° C.
Heaat chocolate & butter in a double boiler, stirring until melted.
In a bowl, whisking together flour , baking powdeer and salt.
In a bowl, whisking the eggs with brown sugar, vanilla extract also on high speed until lightly and fluffy.
Minimize speed to low also whisk, adding melteed chocolate.
Stirring in flour blending without on mixing .
Incorporaate chocolate piiieces
using an ice cream spoon, putting piles “2-3 cm apart on baking sheets
baking about “12 min , until cookiies are shiny also crispy yet softly in center
Permit cooled on baking sheets for 11 min , and transfering to a wiire rack to cooled totally .
