Walnuts, parsley, honey, ginger, and raisins

First, put some Brazilian walnuts and parsley in the blender and blend them. After this add ginger, raisins, and honey and blend them again. The resulting mixture should be taken by the individual 2-4 times a week.

Spinach, banana and lemon


For this mixture put three bananas, spinach and juice of half of a lime and blend then until you get a smooth mixture. This mixture can fulfill your requirements of daily needed vitamins and nutrients.

Bilberry, banana, lemon and celery


We know that bilberry is something which is extremely delicious and also good for our health and eyesight too. And banana holds the daily needed vitamins. Blend two bananas, three tablespoons of bilberry, 1/3 lemon juice, two to three celery sticks and one glass of water. Intake of this mixture should be according to your body need.
