Juice 2: String Bean and Brussel Sprout juice

Ingredients:

3 cups of string beans, 12-14 brussel sprouts, 1 peeled lemon and cucumber (optional)

Directions:

Juice the beans, sprouts lemon and cucumber (optional) and stir it.

Uses:

Brussel sprouts and string beans plays a key role in providing vitamin b6 and acts a source of insulin.

Juice 3: Celery,Spinach and parsley juice

Ingredients:

2 celery stalks with leaves, 3 handfulof spinach, 1 handful of parsley, 1 /2 green apple, 3 carrots

Directions:

Juice the carrots first, then spinach, parsley, celery and greenapple.

Uses:

It regulates blood pressure and balances sugar level. Parsley,cucumber acts as a natural diuretic.

Juice 4: Parsley, watercress and tomatoe juice

Ingredients:

1 handful of parsley, 6 springs watercress, 2 tomatoes and 2 apples

Directions:

Neatly peel the apples and cut them, place all the ingredients in it and Juice them together and stir it.

Uses:

It helps in preventing heart strokes and diseases, green apples minimizes inflammation and regulates blood pressure. Tomatoes reduces cholesteral where as watercress prevents cancer.
