Moist Banana Pound Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Direction
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
