1⁄2 cup creamy almond butter |
1⁄2 cup hemp hearts |
3⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, divided |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tbsp apple pie spice |
10 large dates, pitted |
3⁄4 cup dried currants or raisins |
Directions
- Add almond butter, hemp hearts, 1/2 cup coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and apple pie spice to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until very well combined. Fold in currants or raisins. Scoop dough into tablespoon sized balls. Roll balls until firm and well packed, then roll in remaining coconut flakes. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
