SHRIMP LOADED SWEET POTATO

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

โ€” 1 lb (ca. 454 g) shrimp
โ€” 1โ€“4 sweet potatoes (depending on how many youโ€™re serving)
โ€” Paleo seasoning or Primal Palate New BAE Seasoning
โ€” Tomatoes
โ€” Avocado
โ€” Spinach

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Sweet Potato:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Make holes all the way around the sweet potato with a fork.

Place the sweet potato on the baking tray. Depending on the size of the sweet potato, bake for 50-60 minutes. It should be supple.

Remove it and keep it in an airtight container if youโ€™re storing it.
Shrimp:

Preheat oven to 400F.

After washing the shrimp, season them with 1 tablespoon of Primal Palateโ€™s new BAE seasoning or another paleo seasoning blend.

A baking sheet should be sprayed or lined. Add shrimp. Cook for 15 minutes.

Avocado, red pepper flakes, sautรฉed spinach, and tomatoes are served on top.
