You’ll Need

  • 2 1/2 lb. turkey breast (on the bone and had skin that we removed before eating)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder

How To

  • In a small bowl, mix all the spices together.
  • Cover both sides o the turkey with the spices mixture, make sure you coat it well.
  • Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours with no liquid. The turkey should reach 165°F.
