Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup Hershey’s chocolate spread (or other chocolate syrup)
- ½ cup marshmallow cream
- 3 full graham cracker sheets
- ½ cup chopped Hershey’s chocolate bars
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 tbsp Jet-Puffed Mallow Bits (crunchy mini marshmallows)
- 4 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Toast 4 marshmallows and set them aside. (I toasted these over my stove burner.)
- Next, mix together vanilla ice cream, Hershey’s chocolate spread, marshmallow cream, graham crackers and chopped Hershey’s bars. (I mixed everything using my stand mixer, but a blender would work too!)
- Divide between glasses and top with mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and a toasted marshmallow.
