Salmon patties are quick and easy. I got this recipe from my son’s babysitter many years ago. My son is now 20 years old and we still eat these at least a few times a month. These are very wet when done.
This was delicious – I grew up with my great-grandmother’s salmon croquette and it really brought me back.
I made it using 4MSDEE baking suggestion (thank you for the score / times!) And they ended up a bit on the dry side – maybe just my oven.
Still great! Will fit again.
