* Ingredients:
- ° 500 grams of grilled salmon
- ° 1 and a half cup of mashed potatoes
- ° 1 tomato, diced
- ° 1 onion, chopped
- ° Half a cup of grated yellow cheese
- ° 1 egg, beaten
- ° 1 teaspoon butter
- ° 1 teaspoon of curry
- ° 2 eggs (whites)
- ° 1 rusk cup
- ° 1 tablespoon of oil
* How to prepare:
- Combine salmon, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cheese, scrambled eggs, butter and breadcrumbs (leave a little aside) and fry well in a large bowl. Covering bowl also putting it in refrigerator about 1 h .
- Make small, round balls from the mixture and dip each piece in the egg white, then into the breadcrumbs. Gently spread the balls before placing them in a frying pan with oil on the stove until golden.
- Serving with pea /carrot, & corn salad OR in a burger.
