Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash In Clam Sauce
Spaghetti squash
Yellowfin Tuna
EVOO
¼ cup (vegan) butter
Basil, Oregano, S&P (for seasoning)
¼ C(ish? IDK. I just used the rest of the bottle) White Wine
1 can of clams
1 pkg frozen spinach (or some fresh)
Crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup of water

Directions
Preheat oven to 375*
Cut the doggone spaghetti squash. expect some serious sword in this stone shit going on. My knife got stuck on multiple occasions.
Drizzle some EVOO on your squash. Add the oregano, basil, S&P. Cook for an hour.
Watch some tv or something.
Once your squash is done. Slice your fishy.
Heat a pan over medium, add your butter, allow it to melt. Add the clam juice and white wine to the pan. Heat. Add your clams. Heat
Boil a half cup of water in a pot, and add your spinach. Cook for 4-6 mins. While this is going on, add your fish to the clam sauce. Once your fish and spinach are cooked, pour over spaghetti squash.
