Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar (for strawberries)
- ½ cup icing sugar (for cream)
- 250g Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Optional – Chocolate shavings / Broken meringue to decorate
Directions
- Wash the strawberries then slice them in half and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- In a blender, mix the Mascarpone cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and mix through
- Lastly, add the cream and mix until slightly thickened.
- Serve in individual bowls.
- Optional – decorate with chocolate shavings or broken pieces of meringue
