Ingredients
5-6 lb chicken breast pieces (or whatever chicken pieces you like)
1/4 c butter, melted
1/2 c honey
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
Directions
Test Kitchen Tips: If you’re going to reduce the sauce, we suggest adding an extra 1/4 cup of honey to the sauce to thicken it up a little. We used a combination of chicken pieces for testing.
1. Place chicken in baking pan.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 F for the first 30 minutes.
5. Uncover, baste and bake for another 30 minutes.
6. If you’d like you can pour the sauce into a saucepan. Simmer down to about half and then use it to pour over your chicken when served.
