Turkish Bread

You’ll Need :
°500 g flour 

°1 bag baking yeast 

°1 tablespoon sugar 

°100 g Greek yogurt

 °35 cl hot water

°1 tablespoon salt


Methods : 
1In the hot water, dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water and yogurt to the flour, then mix well. Make sure the dough is soft and not sticky. After, place it on a working surface covered with flour, then form a ball. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise to room temperature for 3 hours. Divide into 4 portions. Then shape each piece into a round flat dough like a pizza dough. Cover the mixture with a dampened cloth and let it rest for 15 min. Over high heat, heat a cast iron pan. Put in the dough and cook 1 min until brown spots appear on the bottom. Turn the bread and cook 1 min more. Remove it from the heat and to keep it warm, wrap it in a clean towel. Repeat with the rest of the pasta. Finally, keep the Turkish bread in an airtight container.
