I am one of those people who really loves holidays! Any excuse to do something special with the people you love.Valentines Day is a fun holiday, you get to eat sweets all day without anyone jusging you. Which is a good thing b/c I have eaten a heart shaped donut for breakfast, a couple pieces of chocolate for a snack, oreo rice krispies and plan on eating ice cream and brownies for dessert tonight, whoo! sugar coma!
I wanted to share these really cute and inexpensive Valentine’s Day treats with you. They are easy to make and only cost me $7 total!
I bought the V-day cards and ribbon at the dollar store ($2). Then all i needed was a box of rice krispies and a bag of marshmallows ($5) The other supplies I had on hand (Plastic wrap, butter, sprinkles).
> After making the recipe below of scrumptious rice krispies I cut them into 2″x 2″ squares and wrapped them individually in plastic wrap.
> Then cut a piece of ribbon long enough to tie around treat.
> I tied 1 knot around the rice krispie then punched a hole into my V-day cards and strung them on then tied a second knot then tied in a bow. That’s it, your done and now you have a really cute homemade Valentine.
