Ingredients
6 cup non-fat beef broth |
3 cup green cabbage, diced |
1 1⁄3 cup carrot, sliced |
1 cup onion, diced |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 cup green beans |
2 tbsp tomato paste |
3 stalk celery, diced |
1 bell pepper, diced |
2 cup mushrooms, sliced |
2 cup broccoli, chopped |
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a large pot or slow-cooker.
- Feel free to add any other Zero Points Vegetables (Weight Watchers).
- Simmer until veggies are cooked.
- Season to taste.
- Note: Depending on my mood I will exchange the Beef broth for Fat-Free Chicken Broth or Fat-Free Vegetable Broth.
