Vegetable Soup

This tasty homemade vegetable soup recipe with a tomato base features potatoes, green beans, and carrots for a quick and easy meal.

 Ingredients

 

 

6 cup non-fat beef broth
3 cup green cabbage, diced
1 13 cup carrot, sliced
1 cup onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 stalk celery, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cup broccoli, chopped

Directions

 

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large pot or slow-cooker.
  2. Feel free to add any other Zero Points Vegetables (Weight Watchers).
  3. Simmer until veggies are cooked.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Note: Depending on my mood I will exchange the Beef broth for Fat-Free Chicken Broth or Fat-Free Vegetable Broth.
