INGREDIENTS
- 3 mushrooms
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (30 grams) mozzarella, shredded
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F/160 degrees C.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- Put one egg yolk in each mushroom.
- Season with pepper.
- Top the mushrooms with shredded mozzarella.
