📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (plus more for rolling)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, salt, and chopped pecans until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
